Sales Development Executives are the “best of the best” in building  business. You will work independently and strategically to provide our Customers with the critical products, services and solutions they need to design, build, run and maintain their wireless networks.


  • Initiate contact with potential and existing customers in the targeted market.
  • Proactively develop and advance new accounts and relationships that support the assigned region/market.
  • Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies.
  • Meet with customers and prospective customers regularly to maintain relationships, educate on business solutions, develop, negotiate and close deals.
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and service to design and deliver need based solutions to the target market base.
  • Research and understand the customer’s business needs and goals.
  • Ensure performance/delivery on revenue commitment.
  • Assume responsibility for account documentation and data maintenance in (SF).
  • Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
  • Maintain various reports and tracking information such in SF, Trip/Call Reports, and Expense Reports.
  • Represent the company at trade association and industry meetings.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Required Skills

  • Comprehensive knowledge and ability to navigate the organizational structure of the ideal prospect in the defined target markets.
  • Capable of identifying and developing opportunities through a consultative methodology.
  • Ability to advance large-scale account opportunities, resulting in revenue generation.
  • Ability to generate sales from existing and prospective accounts
  • Ability to perform/deliver on revenue commitment.
  • Effective communication skills to meet with a large and diverse client base, Sales and Leadership teams, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to travel and work hours outside of the normal workweek.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Oil and Gas ?Industry experience 
  • 3+ years of sales experience with telecommunciations products
